The Peace Ambassador Leadership Summit (PALS) is a safe space where high school students, ages 14-19 years old, learn universal skills needed to be successful in any facet of life, including during their higher education quest and longterm career success. PALS is open to all students including those who have either witnessed or experienced bullying at any point in their lives. Diversity and open communication is made paramount by ensuring the use of artistic expression through music, dance, poetry and spoken word. Introducing students to various outdoor sports and team building activities as a daily task has proven to strengthen their relationship during the Summit and beyond.

Students participate in activities such as writing and producing public service announcements, role-playing how to positively react to different bullying scenarios, financial literacy, nutrition and more. All workshops use cutting-edge technology giving students access to digital learning as they engage in daily service learning opportunities which exceed standard graduation requirements. Additionally students will experience ways of expanding their leadership and social skills, positive self-esteem, body image, learning peer mediation, enhancing public speaking and job interviewing ability, learning to write impactful resumes and developing conflict resolution skills. More importantly, students will practice showing empathy, tolerance, and respect for others.
