Inspiring!
Inspiring!
Nominated as a prank for the Homecoming Court, teen steps up to her bullies and accepts the nomination and her place at Homecoming coronation. This is such a showing of strength for a young bullied teen – and the community support she has received has been both inspiring and humbling.
Directly from TheHollywoodGossip.com (HUGE press and shows that this issue is EXTREMELY A mainstream concern):
“The West Branch, Mich., community rallied around the 16-year-old student at Ogemaw Heights High School. Area businesses donated her gown, shoes and hair styling.
A Facebook group titled “Support Whitney Kropp” currently has 126,134 likes with users from across the nation sharing their support with the bullied teen.
Despite the malicious deeds of a few kids, Kropp has nothing but praise for her school.
“The school is fantastic. They treated me so well here; I couldn’t ask for me,” she said.
When asked by reporters if she had a message for others who are bullied, she added:
“Just stand up for what you believe in and go with your heart and go with your gut. That’s what I did, and look at me now. I’m just as happy as can be!” ~~~ end of article.

Florida International University FIRST picks up on NVEEE – Although we had been around for about 2 years, and were approved to provide community service hours to FIU students, The Beacon learned about our organization when we were about to host our First Annual “Not On My Watch” Anti-Bullying Fundraiser (2011) in Washington D.C.
This was my first interview regarding NVEEE – and Jowharah actually approved!
